A driver call system is an improvement for the driver and logistics staff. At any time, a message can be sent to a driver to give him an instruction that it is his turn, for example, to load or unload.
But with our software you go one step further.
You can follow the driver through the entire process from the moment he reports to the moment the driver leaves the site. The use of software with a call system also increases safety because the driver only takes action when he receives a personal message.
How does our Logistics Paging System work
When a driver arrives, he will go through a number of steps in the process of loading or unloading.
When registering the driver, you give him a pager, register him in the system and instruct the driver to wait until he receives a notification.
In the registration screen, colours are used to indicate in which phase of the process process the driver is. By clicking on the button "page" a pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm if you want to send the driver this message. With a confirmation, the message for the next step in the process is sent to the driver and the color is changed.
Call system logistics specifications
In each phase you can change the page number, dock number, skip a step or just one step back. You can configure the number of steps, colour and text, you can also choose the language for each step. In the screen the columns can be sorted and the time of issuance of the pager and the time that a driver is called is displayed.
Everywhere where the information about the phase of the drivers should be known you hang up a screen and this can be shown.
Six standard modules
With the six modules of our Easy Paging System you can get even more out of your pager system. With these modules you can send messages to customers or colleagues via PC, tablet or telephone. Each module has specific functions and possibilities. Below you will find an explanation of the modules. If the module just does not fit with what you want please contact us, sometimes we can make a small adjustment to make it suitable.
Send messages from your phone, tablet or PC to a pager
With the text pager application for example, send your text or send predefined messages to an individual pager. If your employees have a personal pager you can use the option couple names to individualize pagers. Next to the number, the name will also be shown.You do not have to remeber the pagernumbers, because the pagers can be personalized.
Send pre-defined messages to a range of pagers
The Tabletop has eight buttons available where you can define predefined messages to send to pagers. These can be individual pagers but also groups of pagers. Each button allows you to define which pagers or groups of pagers you want to page. Note: The distribution of groups in the pagers is done by the pagers supplier. To each button you can assign a maximum of 9 groups, 9 pagers or a combination of groups or pagers.
Connect the pagers to your assistants
With our assistant module you connect a pager to an employee. You indicate which assistants are present, these pagers are then visible in the pager screen. The buttons appear as green when the assistant is available. Pressing the button calls the assistant, the button remains red as a sign that the assistant is unavailable. By pressing the button again the button turns green again. Your colleagues see which assistant is occupied by the red colors. You can choose a standard message or and message when calling the assistant.
Delay messages with a predefined time
The number of pagers in this module is unlimited. When you start the timer, the button is green. When time is up the button turns red and the pager beeps. Possible use: place coasters on tables in a restaurant, customers "buy" minutes "all you can eat" when coaster beeps the time is up.
Connect the pagers to your customers
The waitlist module let's you connect the pagers to your customers. You select a pager and fill in the name of the customer (or something else). If the customer is in turn, press the button and the customer's pager goes off so that he knows he can be helped or that his product is ready. There are four options for sending a message; no text (for numeric pagers), a standard text, a text when linking the pager or when calling the pager. You select one of these options yourself at settings.
With Touch & Go module, each pager has it's own button
Each pager has it's own button. One click and the pager goes off. The button stays red for a preset time that the pager has been paged. The buttons can be pressed one after another. There is also a "page all" button. The number of buttons is unlimited.
Reseller Environment
As a reseller you have a dashboard in which you, as a reseller, create customers and manage the modules for the customer. You have complete control over creating, changing and deleting customers.
SuperUser Environment
To manage the settings of the modules, we have the module superuser that is only available to a user with this role. This superuser manages the module(s) and creates users, can recover passwords, fills in the number of pagers and can make settings for the modules that are used.

There is a help on every page. The help page is accessible by clicking on the question mark in the upper right corner.
Language
The module has English as a basic language but can also be displayed in the language that is set in the browser, for Dutch this is the case. If you wish, we can have the application translated into the language you wish. If you provide the translation yourself, it is free.
PSnM Easy Paging System is a Cloud solution for sending messages to pagers via the internet. With our Transmitter-Controller a secure connection is established between the cloud application and the transmitter so that you can send messages to pagers from any device. The Transmitter-Controller can also be equipped with WiFi or a GSM card so that the Easy Paging System, with a serial port-controlled transmitter, can be used everywhere.
Suppliers of pager calling systems provide various transmitters for sending messages to the pagers. Not all transmitters are suitable for communicating with the Transmitter Controller but our experience shows that most transmitters are suitable.
Network transmitters
Transmitters that are connected to your local network may be suitable for our software. Usually these types of transmitters are used for your own software or to cover the coverage of the area to which the messages must be sent. These transmitters usually use the HTTP protocol and this transmitter is suitable for our software.
Transmitters with a serial connection
Transmitters with a serial port can use the Transmitter-Controller. The transmitter must support the Scope, Salcom or ESPA protocol. We also can supply transmitters or contact your paging supplier to see what is possible.
A transmitter with a serial port together with our Transmitter Controller is a plug and play system. You can use our application witout making network settings.
A transmitter with a serial connection and with a Transmitter Controller can send messages to pagers with different Base IDs. Where you normally need a different transmitter for each set of pagers, one transmitter for different sites are sufficient.
Communication with third-party software
With every module you have an API (Application Programming Interface) with which you can send messages from your own software or request history in JSON format.
Future options
We are now developing the option to send messages from the application to mobile devices so that you no longer need external hardware. This can be used for various applications so that the user can be alerted on his own telephone or receive other messages.

The software has been tested with the latest versions of Microsoft Open Edgs, Google Chrome and FireFox. We do not recommend Internet explorer 11.
Are you specialised in call systems and would you like to expand your product with software
We can advise you and explain how and where to use the Easy Paging System. Also for connecting to the transmitter we have solutions if your transmitter has no internet connection.
White label
We offer you the possibility to supply the software modules under your own name and with your own domain name, White label product. You create your own customers in the system and add the modules your customer wants. You get your own environment and possibly a demo environment where you can show your customers the system and where they can try it.
Depending on the modules and locations you have customer we invoice you.
Instead of standard modules, there is the option to develop an application for you. Building custom software is expensive, we can do this professionally and efficiently. We guide and advise you in this process. We use the SCRUM development method, where we provide pieces of functionality in short sprints on which you can try to give feedback.
Before we start developing, we want to have a good picture of what you have in mind. We summarize this in a document in which we work out the steps, in SCRUM we call this User Stories. Depending on the complexity and the number of User Stories, we will make a proposal of the costs we charge for your software solution.
It may be that we recommend that you pay a monthly license fee because we think this solution is also interesting for other customers. If the solution is truly unique, you pay a one-time fee per User Story and a monthly fee for hosting and maintaining your application.

PSnM supplies standard pager software but can also provide custom-made software. The software is compatible with transmitters that can be accessed through the internet or if they have a serial input. We have developed an Transmitter-Controller that can connect to other transmitters so the software will work for other transmitters as well. Privacy is of great importance to PSnM BV, we apply the requirements and guidelines in accordance with the privacy legislation. This means that your data is stored securely and never used for external purposes.
PSnM BV may process personal data about you because you use the services of PSnM BV, and/or because you provide these to PSnM BV yourself when filling out a contact form on the website. PSnM BV can process the following personal data:
